Installed Saint windows in Chapel
ST. MARY’S CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL CHAPEL WINDOWs
The images of six saints to adorn the St. Mary’s Catholic High School Chapel were commissioned by Fr. Robert Bolding, then Rector and President of the school. His vision was to beautify the interior of the Chapel and spiritually impact the community of St. Mary’s in a direct way through the visual depiction of these Holy men and women. The border of each design replicates the motif of the stained-glass images at St. Mary’s Basilica in Phoenix which honors the church and its association with the school. The stone arch of the original entrance to the original St. Mary’s High School building (built in 1917) is located on campus and the top panel of each chapel window replicates the shape of the peak of that arch. The existing window frames of the chapel could not accommodate

Chapel pre installation.
This is a view of the Chapel pre installation. It lacked color. The “empty” windows were a wonderful opportunity for the addition of visuals of Saints that inspire.
First of the six window panels being installed. Each Saint image is made up of 3 panels that are 4 ft high and 4 and one panel that is 2 feet high and 4feet wide for a total height of 14 ft. The space required the use of a hydraulic lift. Steve not only created the windows but had the skill to install them as well. He is hands on throughout each project.
